Rates in US Funds
Information on availability and reservations can be made by email or telephone, with the final arrangements made over the telephone. There is a $150 security/damage deposit required to secure your reservation.

Full payment for your stay is due 14 days before your arrival. There will be a 50% fee assessed from your payment for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date. If the home can be re-rented for that period of time there will be a 15% fee assessed.

Your security deposit will be mailed to you within 5 days of your departure, provided the home is in reasonable order.
