One bedroom has a sliding door onto the large, private deck facing the lake.

The home features a complete kitchen, with a fridge, stove, cookware, silverware, plates, glasses, microwave, etc.

The bathroom has a shower & was updated recently with plenty of storage. The bathroom is furnished with bath/hand towels, washcloths, bar soap, and t/p. The dining table seats 6.

The living room features a sectional sofa, tv, vcr, and a GREAT south facing view of the lake which again is close, only about 17 feet from the edge of the deck! The yard is large, and there is a volleyball net/ball there for your use.

Amenities: 2 Bedroom, each with a queen bed. Each bedroom has an extra set of linens.

Complete kitchen with cookware, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, microwave.

Nice bathroom with shower, towels, etc.

There is a very convenient & clean laundromat in Duluth that is very easy to get to if you desire.
There is a large deck off the living room with a nice dock, your boat can be launched right from this property.

Also, for you snowmobilers! This home is almost on top of the snowmobile trail system.

Activities: You are only about 15 minutes north of Duluth and all it has to offer, such as: great shopping, golf, site-seeing in Canal Park, the Depot, Omnimax, Great Lakes Aquarium, the boardwalk along Lake Superior, and much more!

Area: The home is on a dead end road, lots of trees surround the area. Large open yard. The home is larger than it appears in the pictures, the large deck wraps around to the left to a sliding patio door on the south bedroom (as you look at the picture taken from the lake).
