Tettegouche Camp is on the National Register of Historic Places; cabins of the old hunting camp are now rented as
walk, bike, or ski-in

Hiking
22 miles; part of the Superior Hiking Trail; trails to Lake Superior,
Shovel Point, up the Baptism River, to all 3 falls, throughout the park and to
overlooks.
Rock
Climbing
There are many climbing routes in Tettegouche State Park. Shovel Point has
climbing routes for the beginner and expert climber. Palisade Head, which
is also in the park, has many climbing routes for the advanced and expert
climber.
Mountain Biking
1.5 miles; on service road to Tettegouche Camp
Fishing
in the Baptism River and in Lake Superior for steelhead, brook trout and
salmon.
Camping
28 drive-in sites, 60' RV length limit; 13 cart-in sites, 6 walk-in
sites, 1 kayak site, flush toilets, showers, a dumping station near the
park, public phones; firewood and ice are sold at the park
Cabins
4 log cabins with kitchenettes and woodstove heat on Mic Mac Lake for walk,
bike, or ski-in lodging; includes shower/toilet building and
common lodge
Cross-country skiing
25K; all groomed for classic (diagonal) stride with a warming house
